Why We Give

Real Estate That Gives Back

Real estate is more than transactions — it's about people, families, and community. That belief is at the core of how I do business. Every home I help buy or sell is an opportunity to do something meaningful beyond the closing table.

That's why I've made a personal commitment: with every transaction, a portion of my commission is donated to two organizations I deeply believe in — Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta has been caring for Georgia's kids for over 100 years. Tunnel to Towers honors the sacrifice of first responders and veterans by providing mortgage-free homes to their families. Both organizations represent the best of what community looks like — and I'm proud to support them with every deal I close.

When you work with me, you're not just buying or selling a home. You're helping Georgia's children get the care they need — and helping America's heroes come home.

The Organizations We Support

Two missions. One commitment. Every transaction makes a difference.

The Mission

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation was created in honor of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who gave his life on September 11, 2001. After his shift ended, Stephen strapped on 60 lbs of gear and ran through the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers — and never came home.

Today, Tunnel to Towers provides mortgage-free homes to Gold Star families, fallen first responder families with young children, and catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. They are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness across America.

Key Programs

  • Smart Homes Program — specially adapted homes for catastrophically injured veterans
  • Gold Star Family Home Program — mortgage-free homes for families of fallen service members
  • Fallen First Responder Home Program — for families of fallen police, fire, and EMS
  • Homeless Veteran Program — housing assistance for veterans experiencing homelessness
  • 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit — educational outreach across the nation
